Nestled between Lot et Garonne and South Périgord, the Clos de Lagalvagne combines modern and old over more than 300 m². The kitchen opens onto the dining room and the living room offers a large living space conducive to relaxation. Outside, the private sloping flat bottom pool is ideal for playing for kids and adults alike. A retractable enclosure ensures safety and heating guarantees comfortable swimming. This old farmhouse has a large plot of land, a quiet island, in the countryside. The space The gîte can accommodate 15 people. The fully restored stone building has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and double sink, 4 toilets. A kitchen open to the dining room allows you to receive and cater for all guests. There are two living rooms: one for TV and the other equipped with a pool table. The floor is air-conditioned. The beds, toilets and bathrooms are distributed as follows: - On the ground floor: a 17 m² suite with king size bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom with private toilet and walk-in shower suitable for people with reduced mobility. - Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms including 2 with a king size bed (14 m² each) and one bedroom with a 140 cm bed (10 m² bedroom). - Two large bedrooms for 3 and 4 people of 17 and 18 m²: one with a 160 cm bed, 2 single beds and the second bedroom with 3 single beds, two of which can be combined into a large 180 cm bed. - 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower and double sink. - A common toilet on the ground floor and two upstairs. Other things to note There are two terraces, one of which is covered. The pool is 11 x 5 m with a sloping bottom from 1.1 m to 1.5 m deep. It is open from April to October and heated from May to September if necessary. Treated with salt for optimal swimming comfort, it has a mid-high and retractable pool enclosure. It guarantees safety and allows you to swim in optimal conditions regardless of the weather. The house is located in an old farmhouse, in the countryside. Open since summer 2023, the place is quiet and secluded, suitable for families as well as groups wishing to party. Pets are generally welcome after agreement. The owner lives in one of the outbuildings, well separated from the gîte. Discreet but available if necessary, he takes care of the maintenance of the pool and garden. Each has independent access.
