Quiet and bright studio

Quiet and bright studio close to RER A (8 min walk) to visit Paris in 30 min or to go to Disneyland-Marne-la-Vallée in 12 min. A cozy home with a bedroom area separated by a library for the double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more seats in the sitting area. Large windows overlook the wooded courtyard, without shutters but with blackout curtains. A pleasant cocoon for your stay. The space The studio is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. courtyard view so very quiet and bright thanks to large windows. There is no shutter so no complete darkness at night even with the blackout curtains, consider a night mask if you like total darkness. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washer/dryer. Well insulated, the heating is regulated by the building and the apartment is never cold, you will be comfortable there. There's a fan for the summer. The main entrance to the residence is through number 4 on the street on the parking side (digicode and code at the stairwell). Guest access My parking space is available for you if needed. In the entrance, you have space for your coats and shoes in the closet. A shopping cart and fabric bags are available for shopping. In the kitchen, the refrigerator is at your disposal, along with condiments. In the bedroom, a column of the wardrobe with drawers is empty for your clothes. The library books are to be consulted on site (except those still in plastic). TV, Netflix account, and CD stereo are available (do not use the vinyl records). In the bathroom, you will have bath towels, shampoo, shower gel and laundry detergent available (organic products; ask me for the dosage of the laundry detergents). In the kitchen, all dishes are available (except stem glasses). A breakfast tray is available for you with oil and vinegar (please do not use the cans and jars in the cupboards). Other things to note The apartment has no air conditioning but 2 fans are available. It is not suitable for wheelchair users because of the stairs to access the accommodation. If you have a baby, I can provide you with a cot with a changing table on top in the studio, but I don't have a baby bath or a high chair for children. No smoking in the apartment. Pets not allowed.
