You all will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is a block and a half from The Capitol Building and a 5 minute drive to the Hospital (1 mile). Self check-in. The minimum stay is 5 days. 10% off for 1 week or more, 25% off for 1 month. All bedrooms have desk/vanity, dresser, closet and Roku TV. The front porch is 3 season. The kitchen is set-up for cooking & dining table expands to seat 10. The space You have access to the top 2 floors. The basement has a separate entrance and is rented to a middle aged man named Jason. He works full time (Mon. and Tues. off) and takes care of the yard and snow removal. Guest access Top two floors. The basement is rented. The kitchen is set up for cooking and baking. There is even an Instapot! Other things to note You have complete access to the driveway next to the house, not the one in front of the garage.
