Modern and Private Desert Casita

Unwind in this modern and cozy Casita! The suite features a full kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. This spacious suite is part of a well kept community. With your own private entrance, you'll have the privacy you need to relax and unwind. This place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and small families. The community has parks, basketball courts, walking trails, and is less than a mile from almost anything you need (and a Casino if you like)! The space Private Casita that is attached to the main portion of the house. Entrance is on the left side of the house and there are no shared common areas so you can have all the privacy you would like. ** 1/28/24 Update ** Sound insulation has been added to shared walls (similar to a hotel suite - and yes, in between the walls :) for even more comfort and privacy! Control your own temperature, fan/ventilation as well since you'll have your own thermostat. Guest access Access to the casita is on the left side of the house through the gate. You will see the private door when you pass the gate! Driving is the most convenient way to get around in Maricopa. There is plenty of street parking but please don't use the driveway for parking *Please Note: The home you reserved is part of a property that includes the separate casita and main home (with a separate entrance and no shared spaces), and there is a shared interior wall between the two units. Most guests find it very comfortable and private, but at times you may hear some light noise such as voices or a TV through that wall. Other things to note Less than 2 miles to many restaurants, shops, & markets. Harrah's casino is about a 5 minute drive away and next to all that Maricopa and the area has to offer! You will have your own separate entrance through the left side of the house and it's completely blocked off from the main house for your comfort and privacy :)
