Set in a privileged position in the picturesque village of Panormo, a beautiful beach resort on the north coast of Rethymno, Casa Calma is just a few meters from the lovely sandy beach—perfect for children—and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and various shops, offering the opportunity for a car-free holiday. Casa Calma is a newly built residential complex consisting of 3 independent houses, each with its own private pool for exclusive use! The space The comfortable 135m² floor apartment plus attic with a children’s playground promises the ideal vacation for the whole family! It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, an attic playground, and of course a private pool. The beach is less than 30 meters away and the beautiful sea view can be enjoyed both from the property’s exterior and from the living room. Upon entering, the outdoor area features the pool. Heating is available at an additional daily charge. Heating must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival and will apply for the entire duration of your stay. Aditionally 4 comfortable poufs, 2 subeds and 1 large table overlooking the pool and sea. A poolside shower and sun umbrella are also provided. Inside, the apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated to suit your needs. All rooms enjoy natural lighting, air conditioning, and high-speed internet (inside and outside) at no extra charge. The living room offers 2 spacious sofas arranged in a corner (large enough to sleep 2 additional people), a 55-inch smart TV, and a small kitchen with a mini bar so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The first bedroom, accommodating up to 2 people, features a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an open wardrobe, a 32-inch smart TV, and a window overlooking the pool. Adjacent to this bedroom is an office and its bathroom. The second bedroom, accommodating up to 4 people, is a large space with 2 double beds (1.60 x 1.40 each), an open wardrobe, 1 bathroom, and a 50-inch smart TV. An internal staircase in the room leads to the attic playground—a little paradise for children with wooden football, billiards, mini ping-pong, ice hockey, etc. Next is the kitchen with a very large table and a fully equipped kitchen featuring top-quality appliances. Finally, the third bedroom, accommodating up to 2 people, has a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an open wardrobe, a 40-inch smart TV, and a private bathroom. It also offers a view and direct access from the balcony door to the pool. Home stay includes: • A welcome basket with snacks and traditional drinks. • Housekeeping service, towel/linen change, and pool cleaning every 3 or 4 days. • A baby cot and high chair available on request. Guest access Guests will have full access and complete privacy in all indoor and outdoor areas! Other things to note The villa offers a shared laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
