Fully refurbished and modernised property, with all the comforts of home. Each spacious double bedroom has an en-suite, 1 with a shower and bath. There is a kitchen with a double oven, microwave, 2-top electric cooker, and a living room with full SKY tv. Surrounded by the tranquil countryside, sheep, cows and horses, but only a 7 minute drive to Tuam, which boasts large supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and more. It's a 30-minute drive into Galway city, and 30 minutes to Knock airport. The space Each bedroom is private with its own ensuite, with full kitchen and living room. This is an owner-occupied property, but guests have their own entrance and space. Each spacious double bedroom sleeps 2. The garden is not included in bookings, as there are large breed dogs that enjoy this space. They are friendly but boisterous, so will be kept away from guests unless you'd like to meet our furry family. Guest access Guests have full access to the guest accommodation and front yard. Guests are not allowed in the back garden (grassed area of the property). The back garden is restricted by a wall and gated due to our large breed dogs and ourselves using this space. Other things to note This is a rural location, so it is better to have a car to get around. There is a bus that stops just outside (mornings and evenings only), which goes straight into Tuam main street, or Dunmore village in the other direction. Shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants are only a short drive away, with a number of villages and towns close by.
