The Blue Anchor at The Bay Filey, dog-friendly too

The Blue Anchor is ideal for a couple, 2 couples or a small family - Sleeps up to 4 - Kingsize bedroom with ensuite wet room - Twin bedroom (can also be kingsize) with shower room - Deck with seating - 2 dogs welcome - Parking space for 2 cars The space The Blue Anchor is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private. Open Plan Living space Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat and shoe storage. To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with bifold doors to the front deck. The kitchen is well-equipped with tall fridge-freezer, and all the appliances you'll need for your holiday. There's a TV, and sofa-chaise in the living area, and a table and chairs in the kitchen space. Bedrooms and bathrooms To your left are the main bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with zip and link kingsize bed which can also be made up as 2 small singles. There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors from the hallway and the second bedroom. Heating Gas central heating, electric towel rails in the bathrooms, and a log burner too! Outside space The front deck has a patio table and benches which gets the morning sun, ideal for alfresco breakfast or morning coffee. At the rear is a set of 2 seats/table between, so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Parking There is a drive to the side of the house with space for 1-2 cars. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and also any amenities and activities offered by The Bay Resort Filey (charges may apply for some booked activities). You will have access to free parking on the resort. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all free to use (subject to availability). No refunds are made if any resort amenities are closed/unavailable. Other things to note Parking is on a first-come first served basis and therefore we cannot guarantee a space directly outside your accommodation unless the property has its own space - please ask if unsure from the description. There is on resort support via reception most days 9am-5pm and security overnight 7pm to 6am usually. The Bay is a very dog-friendly resort but XL Bullies and banned breeds are not allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead/under control and grounds are generally open so this is not the place if you need an enclosed private garden.
