Beauty and relaxation are abundant at our house on the river. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on Trinity River. Breath taking view from porch over hanging the river. Roomy patio with table, chairs, over looking the river and garden area. Parking available. River access is 1/4 mile up the road, Old Lewiston Bridge is only a couple miles away well as both Lewiston Lake and Trinity Lake The space A short 10 minutes from highway 299, our peaceful retreat overlooking Trinity River awaits. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, slow cooker. Coffee pot and keurig style coffee maker. As well as a briquet bbq on the patio. Seasonings and oil are stocked. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master also has a dresser and small sitting couch. Plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a tub/shower with glass doors. It’s a little high to step in. Please bring your own shampoo/conditioner & soap that is septic friendly. Be mindful of length of shower as we are on a well. Heating/air conditioning: be mindful of usage. There is also an evaporative cooler in the living room. This is almost always the better choice for cooling quickly, be sure ac is turned off! No home phone, WiFi calling suggested. Cell service is sketchy. No pets allowed, I’m sorry but that is firm. The driveway is gravel and can accommodate a boat trailer. There is also an area at the side, outside the fence. There is a table and chairs for outside relaxing, large enough for meals. Shade cloth over patio. Covered porch. There’s a cool breeze off the river in the evening. There are multiple fishing guides in the area to choose from. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property! ABSOLUTELY NO FIRE OF ANY KIND!! Smoking or having a fire will result in a $500 charge. A 5% bed tax for Trinity County is included. Guest access Fishing Trinity Lake? There’s room to park your boat. We do not provide access to the river! Our bank is steep and slippery. Trinity River access is just 1/4 mile away with a safe, shallow area to wade or put in small non motorized boats. Other things to note No pets! Not small child friendly due to steep stairs & proximity to open water.
