The open floor plan, downstairs bedroom and bath and no steps to get into the house make this a wheelchair-friendly home should you have such a need. This comfortable, beautifully decorated house includes a fully equipped kitchen with concrete counters and upscale appliances - everything you need to entertain at home. All three bedrooms have their own private decks and a flat-screen TV with YouTube TV. Downstairs floors offer radiant heat, and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. 55" 4K flat screen smart TV above the fireplace which swivels so you can sit in the backyard and watch TV with the accordion doors open, i.e. sporting events. If you have to bring your work with you, the home is equipped with high-speed WIFI, and even works well in the backyard! The fenced-in backyard has a private hot tub, where you can relax under the stars, as well as a table for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. There is even a wagon provided with sun chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie and skim boards, and toys to make your beach vacation complete. Linens and towels are provided.
