Large 29 m2 bedroom (photos of Bedroom 1), private upstairs bathroom, unobstructed view. Lots of light, quiet and large garden, one-hectare property. Bed and breakfast, breakfast included. Barn for bikes/motorcycles. 20 min: Lacs de Hte Charente; Périgord-Limousin Park; Piégut & its market, La Prèze International Golf Course; "Moulin de la Tardoire" restaurant (4 km, * Michelin), La Rochefoucauld: castle & Patio, cultural café. 35/45 min to Angoulême & Brantôme, Venice of the Périgord. Aubeterre 1 hr. The space Our guest room (Bedroom 1) is on the ground floor (2 beds 90/200 that can be joined to make a bed 180/200). It features a sitting area. Toilet/sink is on the ground floor next to the bedroom and your private bathroom is upstairs. Room 2 can be booked for more than 2 guests. It has 2 single beds and does not allow the beds to be combined into a double bed. The private bathroom becomes shared if you book more than one room. Please note: Room 3 is unavailable until the end of June. It will be available from July 1st and offers a single bed. The house is in the countryside, you can rest there in peace. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen for breakfast and you can enjoy the property, 1 hectare in total. Part garden and part field, with countryside views. With between two a row of walnut trees and a beautiful weeping willow. The rest of the house is occupied by the owners and is not accessible to guests. During your stay We live there and are available for any questions during your stay in our bed and breakfast. Other things to note Possibility to book a meal for the evening (homemade, vegan and gourmet cuisine) depending on my availability.
