Soothe your soul and rejuvenate your body as you lounge by the shimmering 39m2 pool with breathtaking views of the sea. Take in the lush greenery with two pergolas, palm trees, banana and citrus trees, and five pine trees. Sway in the breeze on one of two hammocks or sink into comfort on a bench or beanbag. Enjoy a peaceful moment on the Hollywood swing. Designed for serenity and tranquillity, Villa Flora is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Villa Flora consists of the main villa (covers 105 sq. m.) and a separate and independent 16 sq. m guesthouse. Our villa spreads into two levels and can accommodate up to 7 guests (5 guests on the main building and 2 on the guesthouse), as follows: Main Villa: 1st bedroom: King size (1,60x2,00m) bed (for 2 guests) 2nd bedroom: Single beds (0,90x2,00m), which could also be merged and form a king size one using a double top mattress if needed (for 2 guests) Living room (ground floor): 1 single sofa bed (1,10x2,00m) Guesthouse: 3rd bedroom: Double bed (1,40x2,00m) bed (for 2 guests) Indoor Layout: First Floor Step inside Villa Flora and be welcomed by the warm and inviting open-plan design on the first floor. The living room features a sofa, a TV with Netflix, and a chic dining table, perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances (such as induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine), making it a dream for any home chef. Conveniently located on this floor is also a pristine bathroom, fully equipped to meet your needs. Second Floor Climb the staircase to the second floor and find two cosy and comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) while the second offers two single beds. Also located on this floor is a pristine bathroom, ensuring that all your needs are met. Guesthouse: The guesthouse is independent but very close to the main villa, featuring a double bed (1,40x2,00m) and a bathroom. All the areas of the villa & the guesthouse are fully air-conditioned. Outdoor area: Nestled in a quiet and secluded location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road, Villa Flora promises a peaceful and private escape. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, the outdoor area offers a wealth of facilities and tranquil spots for you to relax and unwind. From the pool to the pergolas, hammocks, benches, and swings, there's something for everyone to enjoy at Villa Flora. The delightful outdoor area offers: - A 39 sq. m. private swimming pool with a depth of 1,20m to 1,80m - Full brick BBQ - Comfortable sun beds & umbrellas - Outdoor sitting area - Outdoor shower - Parking space for cars The whole outdoor area is fully fenced. Guest access The whole villa is private and used only by the guests. Private parking is available at the villa.
