It is centrally located in short driving distance of Western Loudoun's many vineyards, breweries, distilleries as well hiking trails and historic sites. In addition to the home's 7 bedrooms, there are two additional pull-out sofa beds. The first is in the Main Floor front room and pulls out to a twin bed. The second is in the downstairs Living Room and pulls out to a Queen bed, both with comfortable, memory-foam mattresses. This allows for 9 separate spaces for guests to sleep for a total occupancy of 20.
