Your family will be close to everything in this amazing place The space Attention: - Groups of guests under the age of 30 (young people), reservation of the house only, with father and mother, responsible together in the house, or, with the hiring of the housekeeper every day, pay the part! Our barbecue grill is located next to the shower for private use by guests. * We have 1 car space inside the condominium * We receive 8 guests; * We have: 1 Suite: 1 double bed, 1 extra mattress. 2 Bedroom: 3 single beds 3 Bedroom: 1 queen bed Guest access * Our guests will have access to the entire house and common area of the condominium: Swimming Pool, Soccer Field, Ping-Pong Room and Sauna. * We offer bed and bath linens, no changes; * Check-in 4 p.m. and check-out 12 p.m., for late or delayed check-out, hourly and per-period rate according to the daily rate; * Enter the correct number of adult guests, children, pets and babies in the inquiry. The pool and sauna are closed every Monday for cleaning 18- Do not leave garbage in the house so as not to attract animals (cats and possums), use the large garbage cans in the condominium; 19- Use the drain in the kitchen sink to avoid clogging; 20- Keep bathroom drains closed after use to avoid insects.
