The property is located within a short walk to the lake front, playgrounds, golf course and shops. The space This home is set on 1100sqm of land and is fully fenced, perfect for families. You can comfortable fit three or more families and still feel like you’re not on top of one another. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests for your stay. If you plan on getting away for the weekend to relax, dabble in some outdoor activities such as water sports, Waikato River Trails for biking and tramping or even day trips to Taupo or Rotorua, this property would suit you. The outdoor alfresco area has an amazing Flare fireplace which you can cook on as we don't supply a bbq and a louver roof for rain or sun, you can spend all your time sitting on the comfy outdoor suite relaxing day or night. The property has plenty of room for boats, cars, back yard cricket, it even includes a trampoline. There is an outdoor heated shower located at the rare of the house for washing off after a long day at the Lake. Inside the home has a relaxing lounge with reclining seats to sit back and enjoy a movie on the large TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including x2 fridge/freezers with a 3rd in the garage and a large oven more. The kitchen seats 12 comfortable with extra seating outside if needed. The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom One: x1 King Bed Bedroom Two: x1 Queen Bed Bedroom Three: x1 Queen Bed Bedroom Four: x2 Single Bunk sets, x1 King Single and x1 single Bedroom Five: x1 Single Bunk set and x2 King Singles There are two full bathrooms, both have shower, toilet and vanity, with the additional outdoor shower. The garage is a great place for the kids to play or park your bikes in (PLEASE NO VECHILES) it is fully carpeted with a couch, laundry and indoor washing line. Upstairs there is a comfortable couch with children’s toys and board games, another space to either relax and read a book or let the little ones have a play. The home has an internal fireplace downstairs with access to wood and a heatpump/Aircon unit upstairs, so you will never be too hot or cold. Guest access The rare door has a coded keypad, you will be given your code to use while you stay within 24 hours of checkin. Other things to note There is unlimited Wifi to use as you wish. Bed linen is provided as well as a bath towel, however please bring your own lake towel if you require one. If you require a clean during your stay at an additional cost please let us know, we will be happy to accommodate you with this. As we would love to keep our bach as clean and tidy as possible we expect guests to do a couple of things before you leave such as, taking your rubbish with you, the local Transfer Station is very reasonable and is extremely handy, it is open most days and please do your dishes.
