Enjoy your stay in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Our small 1-room apartment (23 sqm), with separate bathroom, is located in a backyard with private entrance. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils you need for a meal, coffee or tea. Of course, coffee and tea are available free of charge for the first few days. A TV and Internet radio are also on site. We wish you a pleasant stay. The space 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a separate entrance Our apartment is divided as follows: Double bed, bedside table, sofa bed, kitchenette, dining table and separate bathroom The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. Because there is a double bed and a sofa bed available, 3 people can also stay there. Keep in mind that it is a living-sleeping room. So the people stay in one room. Guest access The apartment is of course available to you alone, which you can enter through a separate entrance. A shared washing machine and dryer are available in a separate basement room in the outbuilding. These devices are operated by a chip, which you can receive from us if necessary. Detergent is also available free of charge. Since smoking is not allowed in the apartment, you can use the courtyard for this. In summer, a small seating set is available there. Other things to note We only provide the Internet and Smart TV. You can log in with your own account (e.g. Netflix, Amazon, etc.). IMPORTANT: When leaving the property, you must completely log out of your account to ensure that the next guest does not use your account. This responsibility lies with you!!!!!!
