During the holiday season, Acqui Terme is lovely for exploring, including local wineries, shopping and amazing restaurants. Once you arrive, you will be greeted with a bottle of wine particular to this regions vineyards. Casa DeLucie is a newly renovated space, designed with attention to the comfort of the traveler. We hope to see you soon! The space Casa DeLucie is situated on the 4th floor of a 5 story residential building with an elevator. Located a 5 minute walk from the picturesque centro of Acqui Terme where there are many amazing shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery. Also, you can enjoy the hot spring waters of Piazza Della Bollente found consistently flowing at 75 degrees Celsius and possessing many therapeutic properties. Also near by are the ancient ruins of the Roman Aqueduct. An impressive reminder of how hot water has always been an important element of Acqui Terme, a town that boasts a blend of rich history, culture and culinary experience. A car is not necessary to explore Acqui Terme from Casa DeLucie, but if you do have one, there is free street parking available. The space was renovated with use of Italian stone masonry throughout, adding to the aesthetic appeal and is occupied with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, clothes washing machine, full kitchen, living room, 2 terrazzo, and a dining area. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and hangers available. Our kitchen is appointed with all the necessities needed to cook your favorite meal if you choose. A Krups espresso machine and pods are provided as well. Internet is strong within the unit and our 42 inch smart tv is equipped with Netflix and other apps for entertainment. There is an air conditioning unit provided in the living room. Guest access Upon check in, you will be provided with a key to the principal door of the building as well as a key to the front door. Please note, recommended check in hours are between 14;00 and 20;00, check in after 20;00 possible via lockbox. Early check in subject to availability, we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. Italian tourist tax (to be paid on site) of €1.50 euro per person, up to a maximum of €6.50 euros per person (for example: 1 person for 5 nights pays €6.50 euros; 1 person for 5 or more nights, pays only €6.50).
