The space Almost all the rooms are on the 2nd floor of a small building with the exception of the 3rd bedroom (ground floor) and 2nd bathroom (basement). There is a large balcony facing north with a pretty view of the marina, the old port, the mountains and the river. Good size patio of over 150 square feet on the south size of the building. Other things to note Our onsite free parking is for vehicles where the length does not exceed 20 feet. Minivans and practically all SUVs are okay. The city is okay with one end of the vehicle being halfway over the sidewalk but not the street itself. We have regular 110 volts power outlets in the parking area for electric vehicles.
