Welcome to our family home in the bustling seaside town of Dungarvan, Co Waterford. This property is only available June, July and August each year. With easy access to the Waterford Greenway, local beaches, Dungarvan Harbour, restaurants, bars and shops our 4-bedroom home is ideally located for family holidays. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and living space there is a large rear garden with external office, barrel sauna, patio furniture, outside stove and much more. The space Our hope is families and friends meet up and enjoy all Dungarvan has to offer whilst having the option to relax in the house and garden with the backdrop of the Comeragh Mountains. With the office space there is also the option to "work from home" while you are away. Our home is located at the edge of the Sallybrook estate backing onto open fields with the Comeragh mountains in the background. From the front door the • Waterford Greenway is approx. 250 metres • Dungarvan harbour, restaurants and shops (via the Greenway) 1.5 km • Local Cove beach 900 metres • Clonea Blue Flag beach 4 km (via the Greenway and cycle paths the whole way.) Accommodation 1 number master bedroom with ensuite and TV (king size bed) 2 number bedrooms (both with king size beds) 1 number bedroom (single bed) Main bathroom with shower and bath Living room with TV Family room with TV Kitchen and dining area, utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and wc Large rear garden wit office WIFI through out Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garden for the length of your stay. The driveway accommodates 4 cars and there is an electric charging point (AC type 2). This is a family home in a family friendly estate. This property is not available for parties, events (hen or stag parties) or groups of students. In addition, no pets or smoking is allowed and accommodates a maximum of 7 people. Anyone breaching these rules will be asked to leave immediately. Other things to note 1. The property is only available for June, July and August 2. Minimum stay 7 nights (change over Saturday) 3. Discounts for multiple week bookings 4. Utilities (electricity, heating and wifi) included in the price 5. The grey office in the rear garden will be available to use. 5. The green office in the rear garden will be locked with no access allowed.
