Listed house, 400 years old, up to 11 people.

Vacation in our listed, 400 years old house, which convinces with its mix of old and new. Old wooden floors, beams, sandstone and modern furnishings give the house its own charm. It sleeps 11! 2 bathrooms (since the open upper area was criticized by 2 guests, the bathroom upstairs is now delimited with a curtain! ) 100 sqm open living area with kitchen, dining room and living room(fireplace)! Large patio with gas grill! The space The sleeping arrangements are as follows: 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, single bedroom, 2nd floor: Sofa bed in the living room for 2 , and the other room is located in a kind of gallery above the living room. (Up to 4 people can sleep 280 cm wide) You can see this in the photos, in the living room a staircase goes up to this room, (is not suitable for persons who are "poor on foot") !!! in one of the double rooms and in the two beds in the gallery there are large 220cm x 220cm (hotel) duvets.!!!! ( always 1 ne for 2 people) If they are a larger group, you can still book a large apartment with separate entrance on the ground floor!!! Please be SURE TO let us know 2-3 days in advance when they will arrive, so that we can adjust to it and then it will be on site for them! If you want to make reservations for restaurant, I need a week in advance info!! Guest access You can use the whole place Other things to note Check -in: ab 15Uhr Checkout: 10am If other guests are not booked directly before or after you, you can come earlier or leave later!!!
