Group accommodation on open navigable water (De Berch)

All year round, this accommodation is popular with quiet groups of friends, colleagues, small school groups and families. Its unique location right on open water and next to De Alde Feanen National Park makes it ideal for nature and water sports lovers. It comes with its own lawn running down to the water, terraces and an attached conservatory. The long private jetty offers a wonderful view over the Frisian waters. The space The group accommodation stands on the site of the former haystack, hence the name Berch. With a cosy living area, a conservatory and 11 bedrooms, the building accommodates groups of up to 40 (max. 50 with children). For small groups, nature house Goudule at Pean-buiten is very suitable. We are happy to help you find the best place for your group! On site we offer various group activities, such as sailing, cycling, electric boating, Escape Island, stand-up paddling and canoeing. Your group can also hire a cook, and we can provide bed linen. Together with you, we are happy to put together a package if you would like one. Layout The ground floor has the kitchen, a cosy living area, bathroom facilities and three bedrooms (14 beds in total). Upstairs are 8 more bedrooms (36 beds) and a toilet. All bedrooms have their own washbasin. The other bathroom facilities are shared (4 showers and 7 toilets). There is a pillow on every bed. Our holiday park, with De Jister, De Berch and 12 holiday homes, is the perfect place for anyone who loves water sports and nature. Staying at Pean? Then you are never alone on the grounds. People come to Pean to spend time together in nature. For that reason this accommodation is not suitable for groups coming to throw a big party. The accommodation has a good sound system. Using your own sound equipment is therefore not allowed in the accommodation or on the grounds. Music must never be audible outside the building.
