This accommodation is popular all year round with quiet groups of friends, colleagues, small school groups and families. The unique location directly on open water and in Alde Feanen National Park makes this place suitable for nature and water sports enthusiasts. A private lawn up to the waterfront is included, with terraces and an attached conservatory. The long private jetty offers a magnificent view over the Frisian waters. The space The group accommodation is located on the site of the former haystack, hence the name Berch. With a cozy living room, garden room and 11 bedrooms, the building offers accommodation for groups of up to 40 (max. 50 with children). In the colder months, the accommodation is suitable for groups of up to about 30 people, because the garden room is not heated. Especially in winter, we recommend larger groups to stay in our accommodation Jister, as it has a larger living space. For small groups, Nature House Goudule on Pean-buiten is very suitable. We are happy to help you find the most suitable accommodation for your group! We offer various group activities at the location, such as sailing, cycling, sloop sailing, Escape Island, paddle boarding and canoeing. Our cook can also prepare great meals for you. We can also provide bed linen. In consultation with you, we are happy to put together a great package if there is a need for that. Building layout On the ground floor is the kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom and three bedrooms (14 beds in total). Upstairs are 8 more bedrooms (38 beds) and a toilet. All bedrooms have their own sink. The other sanitary facilities are shared (4 showers and 7 toilets). There is a pillow on all the beds. It is possible to bring your own sleeping bags and only rent fitted sheets and pillowcases, or to rent a complete sheet package including duvet. Our vacation park with 2 group accommodations and 12 vacation homes is the perfect place for anyone who loves water sports and nature. Are you staying at Pean? Then you are never alone on the premises. The people who visit Pean come for a pleasant get-together in nature. For that reason, this accommodation is not suitable for groups who come to celebrate exuberantly. The accommodation is equipped with a good music system. The use of your own music systems is therefore not allowed in our accommodation and on our premises. Under no circumstances should music be audible outside the building.
