The space This is the house in which Philippe and Julio are living. We are renting up to three bedrooms in our house. This listing is for one bedroom with King size bed and a private attached bathroom. Two other bedrooms with Full bed and Queen bed are also available (see other listings). We will be in the house during your stay. Your bathroom is private and attached to the room, it would not be shared with other guests. Room and bathroom have silent central AC. This room has TV with comprehensive cable package. Hair dryer, Iron and Iron Board are also available. Guest access Guests will have the access to the garden and the pool. Breakfast would be served in the Garden on the deck or pool side, or inside depending on weather... During your stay We intend to provide touristic information in the neighborhood. We can pick up and drop off at the Amagansett or East Hampton bus and train station. Bike will be available to go to Amagansett or the ocean beaches. Amagansett and the ocean beaches are also at a walking distance (30 to 40 min.) Other things to note This bedroom is for two adults. Eventually possible to add an inflatable mattress for one person... the published rate is per night for one bedroom. If you are more than 2 adults, you may need to book another bedroom.
