Nestled in the quest residential neighbourhood of Leslieville, our suite offer a tranquil retreat while still being a stone’s throw away from all the city has to offer. The space A historic house built in the early 1900s on a quiet family friendly street. A quaint pond and lush garden provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The suite is newly renovated with modern finishes that gives a cozy and comfortable space for guest to relax at the end of a busy day. Please note that due to the property having a sub pump that it can be heard emptying every 5-10 min. This is due to the underground river that runs below ground and needs to be pumped out. Guest access Guests will have access to the basement suite only through their own separate private entrance. This is our home and as much as we love sharing our home with our guests, we also enjoy our privacy, so, please refrain from using the back yard. Other things to note We have 2 fur babies (cats). You will see them sometimes enjoying the sun in the backyard and on the stairs (never inside) leading down to the basement suite. Please make sure you always close the doors in the back yard when entering or exiting the property. Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
