The lake views, sunsets, and spacious property give this cottage a peaceful, relaxing feeling. It is a wonderful retreat. There is a concrete dock on the waterfront. The lake bottom is sandy close to the shore, and a sandy beach is available a short walk down the road at the Ticonderoga public beach.
