The detached, thatched cottage was newly built in 2022 and offers comfort with upscale furnishings made of solid wood and natural materials. The house is located on a small, well-kept property in Dranske, OT Lancken, between Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach in the north of the island of Rügen. From the house and from the terrace you have a magnificent unobstructed view over the fields to the Wieker Bodden. Access to the natural beach is about 600 meters away. For rest and relaxation, a fireplace and sauna with panoramic views of the Wieker Bodden are available. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol as well as an electric grill. Two parking spaces are available to guests on the premises. The flat Wittow peninsula is ideal for cycling. The garden house can be used as a covered bicycle storage facility. On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with double beds in sizes 1.80 x 2.00 m / 1.80 x 2.00 m / 1.40 x 2.00 m. Thus, 6 people can be accommodated in the house. The spacious bathroom has a sauna with stunning views of the Bodden. On the ground floor you will find a modern, open kitchen; the spacious, bright living area with fireplace (firewood is not provided), dining table and seating area as well as the guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic stove, microwave, coffee machine + Nespresso espresso machine, kettle and toaster. In the living room as well as in one of the bedrooms there is a TV. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. For the smallest guests there is a crib and a high chair. A washing machine is also available to guests. The cottage is located on the outer edge of a settlement where construction is still taking place. Because of this, the house can currently still be rented at discounted prices.
