Beautiful double bed bedroom with own private toilet, comes with an own large living room that has light cooking facilities as well, and dining table. Villa Stortorp is 320m2 with a large private garden to enjoy, located close to lake Drevviken. Easy access to downtown with several transportation options, both by commuter train, bus and subway. 17 min to Central Station, 15 min to South Island and 10 min walking to the commuter train or 2 min with bus. The space Your rental part is located on the entrance floor, with your own private living room. The bedroom is airy and bright with an office space (desk), your own private toilet and walk-in closet connected to the bedroom. Next to the bedroom you have your own large living room with a dining area where you also have the option to do light cooking. Upstairs is a large shared kitchen if you prefer that - always nice to see each other for a little chat. Your dining area to enjoy your meals will be in your own unit, a small nice dining table for 2 persons. There is another toilet in the large shared bathroom on the entrance floor that others will use. The host lives in another part of the house on the upper floor with own bathroom, living room and entrance. Wonderful and large garden with several cozy seating areas all around the garden to enjoy both at the front and back of the house, hilly plot with little visibility from neighbors in a densely built-up and safe residential area. The villa is often described by previous guests, friends and family as a 'retreat' or 'a home away from home' in a cozy part, very Swedish style of living in Stockholm's suburbs, residential area just 15 minutes to downtown by commuter train (Södra Station - South Island) and 17 minutes to central station. From the house you walk 10 minutes to the commuter train station or you take the bus just 2 min. You also have the option to travel with the subway/metro but will take a few more minutes. If you stay less than a week the washing machine can not be used. Guests who book longer than 21 days will have to clean/keep clean their own spaces as well as the shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen - and other shared areas. Cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are available in the laundry room. 🌸
