Le Spa Sage house with hot tub and hammam for 4

Relax in this pretty quiet house with terrace privatized by fences (so not overlooked). We welcome you for a relaxing moment out of time and you can enjoy the Hammam and Spa just for you :) Indeed it is a room in the house!! So you can come with friends for a relaxing time! Everything is planned to have a good time. The space Our pretty house, finished renovating in March 2023, will welcome you for a nice time with friends. This bright cottage with enclosed and private terrace is located on our 1 ha property. Located 5 minutes from the expressway, 10 minutes from Dieppe and 30 minutes from Rouen, it will allow you to easily visit the main tourist attractions. Plus we are 10 minutes from the beaches. The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It consists of a pretty terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (can be separated) downstairs with the open kitchen, living room, bathroom and spa room. Upstairs 1 large bedroom with 3 beds (2 can be brought together) and 1 bathroom with toilet. We do not accept unaccompanied persons for safety reasons as well as minors. The rooms are heated before your arrival and during your stay at no extra cost. The sheets/towels, spa/and essentials package is not included in BNB and will be requested upon arrival. Or 10 euros per person for the entire stay. The beds will be made, all you have to do is go to bed :) . This package is mandatory because I want my present and future guests to sleep in the best possible conditions. There is no cleaning fee. Indeed, we simply ask our guests to maintain the cottage during their stay and to return it as it was entrusted to them. Visits are prohibited and the number of guests indicated must be the same on arrival and during your stay. A deposit cheque of 500 euros will also be requested. It will be returned on the day of your departure if no concerns or damage have been found. Guest access The spa and hammam room is in the downstairs bedroom so just for you and all the guests. The terrace is enclosed by a fence and a barrier. Your vehicle will be parked in your parking space attached to the cottage. Other things to note The house is non-smoking. You'll be asked to smoke on the terrace. An ashtray will be at your disposal. Only adults are allowed for safety reasons. Your shoes will have to stay on the terrace and no pets are allowed. (Except for guide dogs). The cottage is on our property. So it's easy for us to welcome you and if you need to ask us! A deposit cheque in the same name as the booking of 500 euro will be required upon arrival. This check will be returned to you after the accommodation inventory. Also it is possible to arrive earlier (from 4pm) or to leave later (until 1pm) A request in advance must be made. If accepted, you will be asked for an additional 40 euros for the entire group.
