Perfect for a couple, it offers a double bedroom with a welcoming atmosphere and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with shower and toilet offers you comfort and relaxation. The living room, with a delightful open kitchen, is equipped with a table, chairs and armchair. Furthermore, you will have access to a fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher to make your stay even more comfortable. The space The apartment is located in a historic building in Testaccio, created in 1914 to house the workers of the nearby former slaughterhouse in Rome, which was then abandoned in 1975; even today the building retains the popular charm of the past, typical of Testaccio. The lovely tree-lined courtyard shared with the inhabitants of the adjacent buildings creates a serene and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment on the third floor with lift has a welcoming living area with an open kitchen complete with table, chairs, armchair and equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge (No Freezer), dishwasher, induction hob and microwave oven. There is no shortage of crockery and cookware. The bathroom is equipped with a shower (65x90cmxH190cm ... it is a bit narrow for large people), bidet, washing machine and hairdryer to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The double bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe and a generous underbed to store your suitcases. Additionally, you will find an LED TV with access to Netflix and a handy workstation for those who need to work during their stay. The bathroom, living area and double bedroom overlook the urban street with their windows. A shared terrace shared with the other residents of the building, perfect for hanging out your washed clothes. Finally, the apartment has complete linen for personal hygiene and sleeping and air conditioning in all rooms. Guest access Guests, in addition to exclusive access to their apartment, can have access to the following shared spaces: - A shared terrace shared with the other residents of the building, perfect for hanging out clothes washed in the apartment's washing machine. - A lovely tree-lined courtyard shared with the inhabitants of the adjacent buildings which offers you a serene and pleasant atmosphere. Other things to note *** SUPERMARKET *** Near the apartment you can find a well-stocked supermarket useful for your supplies. Pewex City Piazza di S Maria Liberatrice, 1, Rome ** BAR/CAFETERIA/PASTRY SHOP ** Near the apartment you can find the historic LINARI café/pastry shop where you can have an excellent breakfast. Linari pastry shop Via Nicola Zabaglia, 9, Rome ** CAR PARKING ON THE STREET ** If you have a car you should know that in the Testaccio district, as in many districts of Rome, public parking along the streets (blue lines) is subject to a fee. The car parks on Piazza Santa Maria Liberatrice and on Lungotevere Testaccio marked by white lines are always free for everyone. If you do not have an electric or hybrid car for which parking on the blue lines is always free (you just need to enter the vehicle license plate on the site: romamobilita online service), these are the rates you will have to pay: From Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 03:00 and Sunday from 00:00 to 03:00: - 15 minutes - €0.30 - 1 hour - €1.20 - 8 hours - €4.00 - Monthly - €70.00 Free at other times. It is possible to pay through the parking meters located in the streets of Testaccio, but I recommend you do it through the EasyPark app which will allow you to pay for parking quickly and easily and manage the parking time according to your needs: you will not have to not even be in the vicinity of the vehicle. *** LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE *** In the Testaccio district the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) is in force for cars from 11pm to 3am, only and exclusively for the nights of every Friday and Saturday of the month. If you have a car, my advice is not to use it on Friday and Saturday nights as, once you leave the Testaccio district, you will no longer be able to enter between 11.00 pm and 3.00 am, otherwise you will be sanctioned by cameras placed around the streets. Use public transport in these cases. Registration Details IT058091C2D9JUS6FX
