Located in Llano del Camello, Las Chafiras, this apartment is the perfect place to work and at the same time enjoy the warm climate of southern Tenerife. Located near the tourist areas, it guarantees tranquility and at the same time offers excellent connectivity, with several supermarkets around it. The beaches of Médano and Los Abrigos are close by. In addition, one street away, you will find a bus stop that will allow you to easily access the tourist areas. The space The master bedroom features a double bed and a table lamp. It also offers a ceiling fan, as shown in the photographs. Adjacent to the room you'll find a fully equipped bathroom. The living-dining room is meticulously designed for your comfort. The spacious window of the living room overlooks a terrace that offers a cozy atmosphere. Under the 55-inch TV, which provides wifi, there is a table with two storage doors. The space is complete with a comfortable sofa bed and a ceiling fan. The dining area is made up of a table and four chairs. From the living room, you can access a perfectly conditioned terrace, which has a garden set: two single armchairs, a two-seater sofa and a square table with chairs. To protect yourself from the sun, there's a retractable awning. And if you're looking for entertainment, we have board games so you never get bored. The kitchen, like the rest of the apartment, is fully stocked. We have arranged this retreat with everything you need to make sure you feel at home. Guest access The residential complex has two pools, one for adults and the other for children and a heated pool that is only used in winter so you can enjoy the pools year-round. It also has a gym, a plover table and two paddle courts. This is located in the common areas. They'll have no problem using it as long as we follow our Community Standards. Other things to note It has the coats beach nearby and the Medano beach and if you come by car or know how to move with the public services you can go all the way to the beach of the Americas, Los Cristianos and adeje.
