The Green Cottage

The space You will find old world charm within this 1800's built cottage with a touch of modern convenience, set on 150' feet of gorgeous level eastside lakefront. Shade trees, fans and lake breeze cool the interior down but if you love your AC, you won't like this set up at all. The Green Cottage is ideal for lake lovers who are not looking to stay at The Ritz. 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds are upstairs and a small bathroom is located on the first floor with a shower stall only. The kitchen has most everything you'll need to make and serve your meals. The living room and den have natural dark wood wainscotting on the walls and ceilings. There is a TV with plenty of comfy couches and chair just lovely for reading or swapping stories. The enclosed front porch and lakeside decks are where you'll spend most your time enjoying the restoring powers of lake living. There is plenty of parking in the front circle driveway with overflow parking on the main home's basketball court across the street. We are a distance from the highway and about the only engine noise you'll hear belongs to the passing boats and jet skis. Come to The Green Cottage for the lake, the peace and the sunsets. Guest access Whole house usage. Both hoists are in use and are not available to the renter. Owner lives behind the cottage and reserves the right to access their boat. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and late night parties are not permitted. There is no smoking in the cottage. The row boat and kayak are available for your use but they must be returned to their original location. Trash is removed each morning.
