The space Our condo features a spacious bedroom, large bath with separate shower, tub, and toilet room with separate door, and dual sinks. The kitchen overflows to the living room and dining room with bay windows, and there is a bonus room off the living area (without a door or closet) with French door entrance/exit and a nice daybed with trundle. We also have dedicated laundry with a full-sized washer and dryer, very convenient for guests a few feet from our front door. Guest access Guests enjoy the entire condo (bedroom, bath, living room, dining room, bonus room and kitchen) plus the laundry. Balconies in Hamilton Cove are open between most condos (please see photos) but we've never seen or heard of anyone trying to use our balcony.
