The lower part of the house is fully available for rent and features three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140x190) and patio doors opening onto the garden, and one with twin beds. There is a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and a washing machine in the garage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. WiFi is available throughout the house. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of Pic du Midi from the two large French windows that open onto a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The garden is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. If you enjoy watching sunsets, you are in for a treat. Guest access You will have access to the ground floor, garage and garden. The upstairs will be closed off for storage of our personal affairs during the summer rentals. Other things to note Beds will be made up and towels provided for your stay.
