Other things to note *Please note that our swimming pool will be temporarily closed from 3rd to 8th October for maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.* As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. We will be sending you a check wizard 1 day prior to your arrival to collect this information. As per security regulations the maximum number ID's accepted will be based on the maximum capacity of the property, no further guests will be allowed. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs, and it is subject to security clearance. A refundable security deposit will need to paid prior to check in which will be refunded upon check out as per the check in agreement. Please note that parties are strictly not allowed. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of AED 2000 in case of violation. Additionally, a penalty of AED 1000 will be charged for any missing access cards.
