Other things to note At Sea & Sun Beach House, we prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, which is why we have a very strict occupancy policy in place. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment, we do not allow any extra guests or visits during your stay. Our goal is to provide a relaxing experience for you and your fellow guests. It's essential to adhere to our occupancy rules to ensure everyone has enough space and privacy to fully enjoy their time here. As a part of this policy, we have a penalty fee of $50 USD per extra person per night if the maximum occupancy limit is exceeded. We also want to inform you that our gated community has strict security measures in place. The security guards at the entrance will only allow the registered cars to enter the premises. If you plan to have visitors arriving in separate cars, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements with the security team.
