The Port is the very HEART & SOUL of Brookings, Oregon. You’ll “Walk to Dock” from this Luxury 2 Bedroom Beauty. The River, Jetty, and Boardwalk is across the street! And holds everything you could want. SIX restaurants, a market, mail services, beauty salon, fresh crab at the docks, fish market, and the best shopping (right next door!) Bobbi’s. A quick 7 minute walk to the PACIFIC Ocean! The biggest Ocean in the WORLD! The Sea is magical; and you’ll experience it all here, at Harbor Lite ;) The space 🛟2 spacious bedrooms: Both bedrooms have quality queen beds, 3 pillows each & extra blankets with plenary of seating and a desk for work. We have a modern leather couch that makes into a surprisingly comfortable queen bed…and a queen LOFT! Easily fits 6 adults (plus your kids & dogs LoL :) Central heating and A/C!! The Harbor Lite sits atop the little hill AT the Port of Brookings. The Jetty is across the Harbor, The Chetco river is across the Jetty and, IT flows into the biggest Ocean In The Entire World! This Home is NEW. And CLEAN :) Here to Fish? We are right across the street! :) In Summer months, June-September- this entire area is packed with visitors! You are literally on the most popular roadway here, so it may get noisy at times. In winter months… October-May…are VERY QUIET. Fishing, King Tides & Crabbing are the best reasons to visit Brookings in winter months. 🛟 ⚠️ We are AT the Port. This is a fishing community and we’re ON the cruise route, so it may get a bit noisy at times, but those sounds are all part of this great experience on the Coast. 🛟 The Ocean breeze keeps this home VERY comfortable, but if you’re Hot, turn on the A/C :) ⚠️This beautiful home is based on double occupancy. TWO guests, One bed, no pets. EXTRA GUESTS are $50 per guest/per night- after the “double occupancy” rule. Yes, pets are EXTRA. $100 per pet for the entire stay. Service pets are free. ⚠️Emotional support dogs are not service dogs. The Americans with Disabilities Act cites that emotional support dogs or animals DO NOT HAVE THE TRAINING to do specific tasks in assisting a person with disabilities or impairment, unlike service animals. Hence PETS are not free in any of our homes. “Children” ages 3-17 are considered adults. Infants under 2 are free ;) Guest access Keyless, contactless entry :) Extra guests are $40 per person per night after 2 people. Other things to note If you have special requests or requirements, please call me BEFORE your arrival :) 🥲Dear Guest… Every “Vacation Stay” company shows the OCCUPANCY number of the Home on the listings front page. (“Occupancy” is the maximum number of guests allowed per night) That does not mean you can bring a dozen people just because the house HOLDS that many) …Please enter the correct number of guests (& pets!) that will be staying in our Home. The price you see on the front of every Listing is based on TWO people and no pets. When you ADD guests, the price adjusts accordingly ;) Extra guests means extra cleaning, etc. We do not allow “My sister & her kids are only staying one night” Or…”My son might show up on Friday with his two dogs” etcetera… Extra guests are $50 per person per night after 2 people.
