NO: parties, smoking, minors, animals The space Two separated living areas, a dedicated dining room, and a large kitchen on the main level. Four bedrooms with queen size beds and a single bathroom upstairs. A full bathroom downstairs near the dining room. The entire house is available aside from the backyard, garage, and two rooms in the back (not shown in the listing). House is next to a community park (track and field and baseball field). The house, which is 110 years old, has some period windows, which are in the process of being replaced. For example, I f two of your guests are children or babies, then that means only 6 Adults. We don’t recommend children or babies, as the house has many sharp edges (it was built 115 years ago). Heating & Cooling: The AC is limited to 68 degrees and the heating to 74. This action was taken as too many guests believe cranking the A/C down to 60 will cool 5e house down quicker. It doesn’t. Those same guests would leave for hours and then come back and turn the heat on because the house was then too cold. Same for heating. Sorry, but PG&E is the most expensive in the U.S. and it is a large house.
