Early check-in is not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed upon your arrival. 4/ CHECK-OUT Time: The official check-out time is not later than 12:00 noon. Late check-out is not guaranteed, depending on the apartment's availability and must be informed in advance. 5/ When you check out, please leave back the Resident Cards in the mailbox, turn off all electricity and close the door. Luggage keeping is not guaranteed and needs advance notice. 6/ All guests' passports will be required before check-in. 7/ The receptionists and the security guards are the building's staff, not ours. They don't keep elevator cards or luggage. Therefore, If you have any questions, please message us before asking the receptionist. 8/ Please do not smoke in house. There is a balcony for smoking. And please do you throw cigarette ash out of balcony. If the building’s management staff find out someone throwing cigarette out of balcony (there are many security camera surround), the monetary fine is 10 million VND (~450$) 9/ Do not gamble, do not prostitution in the house. Do not use, store stimulants, banned substances, do not use funny balls in the apartment. Self-responsibility for the Law if violating. 10/Please keep the general hygiene, clean up and put the garbage in the trash bin. When checking out, if the condition of the house is too dirty, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200,000 - 500,000 VND. 11/ In case there is any lost or damage of furniture of the apartment, you will have to compensate according to the value in the attached furniture list. 12/ Please do not bring pet in the apartment 13/ Please do not open a party or dancing with noise music affect neighbor. Silent time is 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
