Everything in the apartment is new and the place itself feels new and the space is welcoming Guest access Upon booking confirmation the guest will have full and private access to the entire space of the apartment. Other things to note For long term guests 6days+ we usually provide initial 120Kwh electricity whereby after it is depleted guests will be required to self top. Through self top up guest will have to pay cash(any amount) to the buildings manager so that more kWh can be topped up for there own use
