Located in a quiet location, this charming house with 75 m² of living space can accommodate up to 4 people and a dog – ideal for couples, small families or holidays with friends and four-legged friends. The house is spread over two floors connected by an external staircase – perfect if you appreciate privacy and retreats. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a guest toilet and access to the private courtyard with direct access to the garden – a wonderful place to relax in the countryside. The external staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, the living room and a modern shower room. A hot air fryer is also available for fast, low-fat cooking. A real highlight is the spacious west terrace with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea – ideal for sunsets, breakfast in the fresh air or relaxing hours with a book. The adjoining garden invites you to linger and offers plenty of space to breathe. Attention water sports enthusiasts: One of the best standing areas in Fehmarn is just a few steps away – ideal for kite surfers, windsurfers and SUP fans! Please note: Due to the steep external staircase, the house is not suitable for children under the age of 6.
