Generously spacious, the well-equipped farmhouse kitchen features a stylish dining area with ample room to enjoy any meal. In the comfortable sitting room, the cosy wood burner is perfect for curling up in front of after a busy da, or relax and unwind with a good book or a morning coffee in the delightful conservatory. This 18th century stone-built farmhouse sleeps up to six guests in three delightful, larger than average bedrooms (a super-king, and two king-size beds) boasting spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Each of thee rooms benefits from having access to the modern shower room. Outside, the front garden is lawned and bordered by mature flower beds, with access to the side garden and patio area. Through the garden gate you'll discover outdoor seating six guests. If you prefer exploring on two wheels, secure bike storage available in the garage. Church View makes and ideal base and is never too far from somewhere special to explore. We recommend a visit to Hutton le Hole; a chocolate box village that is home to the Ryedale folk museum, great walks, pub grub, and a stream for paddling in. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Starter supply of logs. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Guest access Ground Floor: Hallway leading to Sitting room With wood burning stove and Smart television, two comfortable sofas, coffee table and board games. Kitchen With electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, dining table, six chairs and french doors leading to the conservatory. Conservatory With small sofa, coffee table and doors leading to the outside seating area. Clockroom With a WC and wash basin. First Floor: Master bedroom With a 5' king-size bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe and chaise longue, and rural views. Bedroom two With a 6' super king-size bed (converts into twin 3' single beds on request), bedside cabinets, hanging rail and rural village views. Bedroom three With a 5' king-size bed, bedside cabinets, hanging rail and rural village views. Shower room With a walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and WC. Outside: Patio area to the side of the property with charcoal barbecue, table and chairs seating six guests. Garden to the front of the property laid to lawn. Secure ike storage is provided in the garage to the rear. Private parking for one car on the driveway. The driveway leading up to the private parking area is steep. Free on-street parking for two more cars next to the property.
