Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for two or three families. Max 10 adults, 15 persons in total. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. Outdoor shower, panoramic sauna overlooking the sea. 5 bedrooms, three with sea views, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Nice living area with dining table, sofa, TV and wood stove. Large activity room with table football, table tennis, Playstation. Washing machine and dryer. TV with Danish and German channels and Netflix. Music system, various board games, Wifi. The area is very suitable for beach holidays, long walks on the beach, hikes through the forest, bike rides, cafe visits and fishing. In the wider area there are many opportunities for excursions such as Aquarium (Grenaa), tropical rainforest (Randers) and Denmark's largest amusement park (Djurs Sommerland). Other things to note Free parking on the property. Bed linen free of charge. Water is EUR 1,10 per person per day. Electricity is after consumption EUR 0,50/kWh. The amount will be charged after the stay. The house is heated with a heat pump. The house fits perfect for familes. Groups that mainly meet for partying/drinking are not allowed. For short stays there is an additional fee of 215 EUR for final cleaning. If you stay 4 nights or longer, you can choose to do the cleaning yourself, or if we should arrange it.
