Adjacent is a charming reading and games nook with built-in bench seating — perfect for board games, puzzles, or quiet time with a book. The expansive kitchen and dining area is ideal for entertaining and shared meals. The kitchen includes a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, ample bench space, and modern pendant lighting, along with a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it perfect for long lunches or group dinners. BEDROOMS The home offers four comfortable queen-size bedrooms, each featuring plush carpet, block-out curtains, and air-conditioning — ensuring restful nights for all guests. BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY The main bathroom includes a frameless glass shower and freestanding bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the Barossa. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance.
