The space The mansion (total area 140 sq.m.) was built in 1845 and renovated in 2005 combining the glamour of the old with the comforts of the new. It has 2 bedrooms, one loft, bathroom and a very large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people and up to 8 . There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and other appliances are available. The heating is covered with a heater with a thermostat and a fireplace in the living room of the house. Its 1.5m of stone exterior walls offer a lot of heat with lots of heat in the winter and amazing cooling in the summer. The courtyard is very large with lawn , trees , Pelion slabs and BBQ. The house is located in the center of the village and the visitors can find cafes and restaurants in a very small disatnce( it is only five minutes from the square) . The house is decorated beautifully and it is very confortable. It provides 2 bedrooms , a bathroom and a very big open plan room where is the kitcen the living room and a dining room. It can host six people without a problem. The kitcen is fully equipped ( fridge, dish washing mascine and other small devices) . The heating is covered with radiators with thermostat and a fireplace in the living room of the house. The yard is very big with trees and barbeque . Portaria is a popular winter and summer destination.The Pelion Ski Resort is only 12 kilometers from the house and it is also close to some of the most popular beaches in Greece . Guest access The rental concerns the lower floor of the two-storey mansion. Guests can access the ground floor of the house described above, and all its spaces (URL HIDDEN) house built in 1845 and recently renovated, it combines the nobility of the traditional with the comforts of the modern.
