The mansion (100 sqm) is located in the heart of Portaria, just 100 meters from the village square, 12 km from Volos and 12 km from the ski resort. Its 1.5m stone exterior walls offer great heat capacity with a lot of heat in winter and amazing coolness in summer. The courtyard is very large with lawn, trees, Pelion slabs and barbecue. The house is located in the center of the village and the visitors can find cafes and restaurants in a very small distance (it is only five minutes from the square). The house is beautifully decorated and it is very comfortable. It provides 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a very big open plan room where the kitchen, the living room and a dining room are. It can host six people without any problem. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher and other small appliances). The heating is covered with radiators with thermostat and a fireplace in the living room of the house. The yard is very big with trees and barbecue. Portaria is a popular winter and summer destination. The Pelion Ski Resort is only 12 kilometers from the house and it is also near some of the most popular beaches in Greece.
