Preapproval required for service animals. The space The bedroom has a queen bed, closet and smart TV. The living room has a new very comfortable sleeper sofa and smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking sheets, dishware, glassware, eating utensils, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, ect. Beach gear includes 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, umbrella, folding beach chart/wagon, and cooler. There is an elevator near the pool and luggage carts to easily transport all your luggage to the 2nd floor condo. Coin laundry located on each floor of complex. Guest access Guest have access to entire place. You will receive you own 4 digit code to the smart lock for entry. Free onsite parking in gated community (gate fob for access provided at checkin). Other things to note You will need to access the gate fob at the condo door lock box. You will have to walk around the gate to the condo. Once you have the gate fob you can open gate to park.
