The space Recently updated 1 bedroom 2nd floor efficiency apt. with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Guest access You will have the efficiency apartment to yourself which includes living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You will have access to the common parking lot which is located behind the garage( as seen in the parking details photo) Other things to note Our rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy. Under certain circumstances we will allow an additional guest. Please inquire prior to booking to discuss the terms. This space is not suitable for infants or small children. In some circumstances older children may be suitable. This place is non smoking and there are no parties allowed. We do our very best to keep it quiet and comfortable for all and ask the same of our guests. The temperature range is set between 68 and 73 for your comfort.
