It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m² (with fireplace), a separate equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of about 3 000 m². We are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A living room of about 35 m² with TV, Wifi, fireplace (wood provided), sofa and armchairs. - A dining area. - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A shower room. - A separate toilet. 1st floor : - Bedroom 1 : One double bed. - Bedroom 2 : A double bed and two additional mattresses that can accommodate children. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron. Exterior: - A beautiful garden of about 3,000 m² and a terrace with a charcoal barbecue available, a large wooden table for eating outside as well as deck chairs and a hammock to enjoy the beautiful days. The house is ideally located in Saint-Mard-de-Réno, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the immediate vicinity of a state forest. Transportation: - You will be able to park directly on the grounds of the house. - Nearest train station : Alençon (35 min). - Nearest airport: Le Mans (1h 08 min). Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
