Located within the property of The Point and 3 miles from Trump National Golf Course, the house is a gorgeous, three story waterfront home on a quiet cove on Lake Norman. It has three bedrooms on the top floor, with an additional bedroom in the basement. The main floor has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and den with an additional TV. The basement also has a large hang-out area, with a bar, large 65" TV and a game table. We are 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte. Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule. We live in the Charlotte area, and are available if needed. Our house is on a quiet cove with several neighbors whom we do not wish to disturb. The house is located 15 minutes from I-77, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for the use of our guests. There is also a fire pit down by the lake. Bath towels, lake towels and bed linens are all provided. We live in south Charlotte and will be available if needed, but do not typically plan on greeting our guests.
