Retreat at the Lake

Located within the property of The Point and 3 miles from Trump National Golf Course, the house is a gorgeous, three story waterfront home on a quiet cove on Lake Norman. It has three bedrooms on the top floor, with an additional bedroom in the basement. The main floor has a large living room, fully stocked kitchen with eating area, and den with an additional TV. The basement also has a large hang-out area, with a bar, large 65" TV and a game table. We are 40 minutes to downtown Charlotte. The space Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule. We live in the Charlotte area, and are available if needed. Our house is on a quiet cove with several neighbors whom we do not wish to disturb. The house is located 15 minutes from I-77, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for the use of our guests. There is also a fire pit down by the lake. Bath towels, lake towels and bed linens are all provided.
