Guest access Dear guests, In my apartment you have access to all areas that lie within the apartment i.e. bathroom, kitchen, living room hallway and the three bedrooms. In the whole house I ask you to enter only the ground floor and not the upper floors. The garden is shared property and may be used by any resident. On the terrace there are chairs and a dining table for you, which you can use as a matter of course for comfortable sitting outside. Please communicate with the other residents of the house should there be a simultaneous use of the terrace or the garden. A parking space is available in front of the house for you. Please read the check-in instructions carefully. Other things to note Dear guests, One floor above the apartment lives a small dog, who likes to bark at people, but is rather anxious.
