Enjoy time with friends or family in a peaceful environment with the possibility of cycling, visiting amazing cultural and natural sights to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space On the ground floor you will find two hallways, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room also with the possibility of comfortable sleeping. From the living room there is also the possibility to go out to the terrace with tables, chairs, awning and canopy. From the second hallway you go up the wooden stairs to the first floor, where there is a large couch in the space above stairs also with the possibility of unfolding and a sofa bed, a large room with 4/8 sofa beds, another bathroom with toilet and another large bedroom with 3/4 beds. Outside there is a trampoline, a swing and slide for small children, a whirlpool bath with water heating and a small swimming pool. In case of rain or wind, it is possible to sit in the spacious barn, where you can attach an electric barbecue grill. In the lockable garage there is a table tennis table and racks for 10 bikes. I also offer the possibility to use the heated swimming pool next to the next building with sauna and jacuzzi. Times of use can be arranged in advance according to your schedule. Guest access Guests can use the entire house and, by appointment, the heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi in the adjacent building.
