The space Bedrooms, rooms and other rooms: There are three separate bedrooms on the 1st floor. In the first bedroom there is a built-in wardrobe with a double bed and an extra bed. Next, a cozy second bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and also a built-in wardrobe. Both of these bedrooms have outdoor day-night blinds for your undisturbed sleep. The last is the third bedroom with a double bed and two extra beds. On the balcony overlooking the pool, you can relax in comfortable armchairs during the summer months. By mutual agreement, it is possible to prepare a crib for smaller children. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. Facilities: There are three bathrooms in the building, two of them with a toilet. The shower and toilet are on the ground floor, at the front door. The second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and underfloor heating can be found on the 1st floor (along with the bedrooms). The third bathroom with a shower is located in the basement next to the sauna. Basic toiletries are a matter of course, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. On the lower floor of the house there is a large living room connected to the dining room. From the dining room you can enter the kitchen or the winter garden. In the living room there is a fireplace, a large corner sofa, a coffee table and rattan chairs, outdoor blinds. You can watch programs on Samsung TV with free O2 TV connection - it is a smart TV, if you have an account on Netflix, Disney+, HBO, etc., you can log in. The TV can also be connected to a laptop or mobile device. The dining room has a table with eight chairs and a DeLonghi coffee machine. Our kitchen is fully equipped - an induction hob and a built-in oven will serve you for cooking. There are also two refrigerators with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, slicer, kettle, toaster, small contact grill, hotdog maker, pots and pans of various sizes and all common utensils. Basic spices, dishwashing detergents, and towels are also available. From the kitchen there is access to a pantry with large storage space. In the garden, a large covered pool and a pleasant seating area by the grill with a smokehouse and a fireplace are ready for you to relax in the summer months. For children, we have swings, a slide, climbing frames, sandboxes, including a grassy area for outdoor games. The place to stay is responsible for the final cleaning. The pool operates from May to September. Cost of wood for the fireplace: CZK 1,250 / 0.5 m³. There is no need to use the fireplace.
