Sit on the deck and enjoy a peaceful view of the pond next door or fill your time with adventure, this home is the perfect place to land. The space This cute place has everything you need to feel right at home. Get cozy on the reclining soft leather loveseats in front of the electric fireplace heater. There are plenty of bathroom towels & linens, fresh & comfortable bedding, plus lots of pillows & throw blankets. The home has 3 solar tubes in the kitchen & living room area provides a wonderful bright atmosphere during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs. Coffee & tea hutch Full stock of pots, pans, plates, glasses & bowls. Mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking dishes & utensils. Knives & Cutting boards Please note: There is no dishwasher. There is a dish pan & drying rack under the sink as well as one that fits on the sink. There is a small charcoal grill for you to use during your stay. There is typically plenty of charcoal in the closet under the carport. Check the supply before you go buy more. Guest access This entire home, deck, and yard is yours to enjoy. Open the door to the deck in the morning to let the glow of the morning sun filter into the home through the full view storm doors. You (and your pet) can enjoy listening to and watching the birds and wildlife that ventures into the yard. Off the back deck is a yard with a large fenced area in. Perfect for your pups to run free and enjoy. The pond next door is a beauty, however it is small. We’ve seen people fish so feel free to try! Just please be careful walking down to the shoreline through the leaves. There may be small roots or rocks in there to stumble over. Other things to note Only a small portion of the pond closer to the road is on my property but you certainly may fish in it….people do all the time!
